Paul Spenley - Founder and Managing Director
Paul is a Chartered Engineer with a First Degree in electronics and Higher Degree in ‘The Leadership role of managers in the development of Information Systems’. He has an accomplished career in Line Management particularly as a system manager and quality manager for the ICL operation that won the prestigious EFQM quality award and has experienced many years implementing change. Author of two business books in his own right and co-author with Robert Heller of ‘Riding the Revolution’.

Chris Downing - Director
Chris is a specialist in sales and marketing tools and techniques. He has worked for global organisations including ICL where he achieved the prestigious Sales man of the year award.

Through his practical experience and an ability to communicate the tools and techniques, Chris provides coaching and practical support to enable sales and marketing teams to maximise sales.
