Robert Heller - Chairman
Robert Heller is one of Britain's most renowned authors on
business management.
His first book, The Naked Manager, passed into the language
with its iconoclastic attack on false scientific management.
The Fusion Manager came some 50 books later and moved
Sir John Harvey-Jones to write: "The future lies with the
thinking manager, and the thinking manager must read this
book".
Another reviewer observed of Robert Heller that 'all British
business writers owe him a debt, if not their entire living'.
A former American bureau chief of The Financial Times, he
later became the founding editor of Management Today,
Britain's leading monthly business magazine.
A founding member of the Global Future Forum, in recent
years Heller has been speaking and writing as a prophet of
the true, lasting and dynamic digital revolution which formed
the basis of the dot.com bubble.
In partnership with Edward de Bono (founder of Lateral
Thinking), Heller produces several online newsletters on
business management, Management Intelligence, and the
more detailed members-only, Letter To Thinking Managers.
Robert is based at our offices in London.
Paul Spenley - Managing Director
Paul is a Chartered Engineer with a First Degree in
Electronics and Higher Degree in The Leadership Role of
Managers in the development of Information Systems.
He has an accomplished career in Line Management
particularly as a System Manager and Quality Manager for
the ICL operation that won the prestigious EFQM Quality
Award. Paul has experienced many years implementing
change. Author of two business books in his own right and
co-author with Robert Heller of Riding the Revolution.
Contributor to several of the Manager handbooks collection,
published by Dorling Kindersley. Paul is based at our Head
Offices in the Cotswolds.
Judy Spenley - Director
Judy is one of the founding partners of LCP alongside Paul.
She is the Financial Director and Paul’s wife. Judy is based
at our Head Offices in the Cotswolds.
Rita Antoniou - Account Manager
Rita is a language graduate and spent 10 years in the travel
industry before joining the LCP team. She is an expert in
sales and customer service strategies to increase client
revenue. Rita is also a keen follower of politics and current
affairs.
Steve Bate - Account Manager
Steve graduated with a BA Hons degree in Management
Studies and Employee Relations. Steve is our financial
specialist and has worked for the Lloyds Banking Group for
over 20 years. He brings a wealth of banking knowledge and
business expertise. Steve is based at our North West offices.
Kathleen Jones - Account Manager
Kath has a strong retail background and is a keen sales
person. Kath is an expert at strategy and optimises the
business plan, people/staff, customer service and quality of
product / service from supplier to end user. Kath is based at
our Gosport office.
Angela Spenley - Director
Angela graduated 10 years ago with a Marketing
Management and Psychology BA Hons. Angela specialises
in Marketing, Advertising and PR strategies, social media
solutions for B2B and B2C clients. The solutions and
strategies cover both development and practical
implementation. Angela is based at our Head Offices in the
Cotswolds.
